WHAT IS BOOT CAMP

Our Boot Camp is a 60 MIN class that takes you through a series of exercise designed to burn fat and build muscle. Using Calisthenics, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, and all sorts of equipment you are sure to get a full body workout every-time. These classes are all instructor led so you will always have someone to show you what to do while keeping you safe. The workouts change everyday so getting board in a workout is a thing of the past.
