What is the WOD?
The WOD or workout of the day is part of a program tailored to improve strength and conditioning. The WOD will vary and become part of your daily fitness regimen here at Pyramid CrossFit.

Is CrossFit for athletes only?
CrossFit is designed for people of all ages from all walks of life. From beginners who are just looking to lose some weight to conditioned athletes looking to complete at the CrossFit games. You will lose weight, tone up, improve flexibility, improve cardiovascular strength, and build confidence. 

Where can I go to learn more about CrossFit workouts, nutrition, and training tips?
The CrossFit Journal contains an abundance of data for the two amateurs and veteran CrossFit competitors. The Journal’s files backpedal to April 2002 and contain very nearly 4,000 articles, recordings and radio shows highlighting CrossFit Founder and CEO Greg Glassman, Louie Simmons, Mike Burgener, Nicholas Romanov and numerous different specialists.

The Journal is brimming with specialized data, preparing counsel and wellness hypothesis, too data about how to equip a carport exercise center, stories from the worldwide group, and reference material for CrossFit associate proprietors.
